We were instructed by the vendor who was a former trainer and amateur jockey to sell Pond House Stables.

We inspected the property and assessed the various features and attributes that the property had to offer, to assess its value and how to best market it. The property is a modern compact racehorse training establishment and includes a 4-bedroom detached trainer’s house, 20 boxes, horse walker and access to the local gallop.
