Mark is a Partner and a member of the firm's Rural Division. He is Head of Estate Management and has experience of advising private and institutional clients on all aspects of estate management, strategic advice, valuation and professional consultancy matters across the rural sectors. Mark's extensive experience in advising clients in the aforementioned areas allows him to as an expert witness in valuation and other estate or property matters. Additionally, he is a trustee of The Lady Nuffield Home, Oxford. Mark can provide advice on: Strategic reviews for estates farms and landholdings, Valuations, Property Management, Sales and Acquisitions and Rural Land and Business Management.
I work in the Estate Management team, and have done so since 2015, managing Estates and property portfolios for a variety of clients across the country, including charities, institutions and private clients. My role is extremely varied, ranging from landlord and tenant matters, re-lettings, purchases and disposals, adding value through obtaining planning permissions, property maintenance and compliance, and overseeing the finances of Estates.
Chris Turner is a Rural Partner for Carter Jonas based in the Winchester office. Chris has 15 years qualified experience working with rural estates and private clients across the South East. Chris' principle work involves valuations, estate management, landlord and tenant work and general professional advice to rural landowners, managers and tenants.
Oliver is engaged predominantly in rural estate management with a diverse range of clients throughout the West Country and further afield. Coupled with that, Oliver carries out general professional work for farmers and landowners. He is a RICS registered valuer.
