In 2020, Carter Jonas was appointed to provide lettings and management services on a Hearthstone portfolio of new build residential properties across four sites in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, and Northamptonshire.

Our role involved the full cycle of letting and management services, from marketing the properties and securing tenants on the best terms, to property management.

Since 2020, Carter Jonas have provided single-family housing management to Hearthstone Investments on their growing portfolio.

Initially for a quantum of 113 new build residential properties across four sites in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, and Northamptonshire, the properties within Carter Jonas’s remit comprised of a selection of two-bedroom and three-bedroom houses as well as one and two-bedroom apartments.

Over the last three years the portfolio has expanded to now number 280 properties, with further development sites in the management pipeline.

Our role involves the full cycle of letting and management services, from marketing the properties and securing tenants on the best terms, to property management (including regular inspections, ongoing maintenance, decoration and repairs) and ensuring that all compliance, and health and safety requirements are always upheld. We also provide block management services on any apartment buildings within the portfolio. For this client we provide comprehensive financial reporting, on a monthly basis, such as is required by institutional investment funds. We also work closely with the client’s asset management team to ensure they have full visibility of the day-to-day operation of the portfolio and have up to date information to hand.
