From the centre of the village of Pontblyddyn where the A5104 crosses the A541 enter the
Bridge Inn car park. At the rear of the car park take the bridge crossing the river and follow
the private track. Mount Pleasant cottages will be visible at the top of the bank. Do not take
the first drive to No.1 but continue 50 yards to the gateway for No. 2.

We understand the property to be within Council Tax Band C.

TENURE
The property is to be let on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy at an initial term of 12 months, at an initial rent of £625 per calendar month with the tenant to be responsible for all outgoings.
Unfortunately DSS will not be accepted for this property.

COSTS
A refundable deposit of £1,000 is payable at the commencement of the tenancy. This will be returned at the end of the term less deductions for dilapidations if any.

The selected tenant(s) will be required to provide satisfactory reference and complete a tenant assessment with a fee of £36 including VAT per applicant.

The selected tenant(s) will be required to contribute towards the Landlord’s costs of the tenancy agreement in the sum of £180.00 including VAT.
