Southfields

1. 50% off rent collection and fully managed service to any new landlords who instruct Carter Jonas before 28 February 2025.
2. Terms of Business must be signed by 28 February 2025.
3. Properties must be within the predefined area.
   (SW18, SW15, SW19, SW20)
4. Offer applies to first six months of tenancy only.
5. Must agree to a ‘To Let’ board and a ‘Let Agreed’ board.
6. 50% offer applies to our rent collection and fully managed service. All other fees in our Terms of Business will apply.
