LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES

We provide  everyone with relevant training and development opportunities through the course of their career with Carter Jonas. Much of this training is provided in-house by our dedicated training partners, and covers a wide variety of topics, including management development programmes, customer care, presentation skills, time management and financial management. 

There are also additional opportunities for Continuous Professional Development (CPD) throughout the year, such as webinars covering health and wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, and British Sign Language. 

As part of our commitment to ongoing learning and development we also support our colleagues with further education they may choose to take up – whether that’s NVQs or MBAs.

STRUCTURED CAREER PATHS

To encourage our people to reach their full potential and to ensure their continuous improvement on performance, everyone has an annual Personal Performance Appraisal (PPA) with their line manager, with mid-year reviews and regular one-to-one meetings. The PPA includes a personal development plan to support both the firm's business objectives and the individual's career aspirations. 

Our career paths are mapped out and fully accessible to everyone to understand how they can achieve their personal ambitions and we fully support and encourage career progression.
